Sizing details

Apart from some models that are specially designed for infants and toddlers, our standard sizes are based on US Numeric standard sizes which are: 2T, 3T, 4T, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 10.

The infant and toddler model dresses standard sizes are 6 months, 9 months, 1t, 18 months, 2t, 3t and 4t. 0-3 months size can be made as custom.

Care instructions

The tulle that is used may lose its form and the embelishments may get damaged. We recommend hand wash or dry cleaning. Please pay attention to the washing instructions on the label.

Will the dress cause itching or irritation on my child’s skin?

The surface of the dress that contacts the skin is made of satin fabric. We pick the highest quality fabrics very carefully. We have never received any complaints about our dresses.

Are the dresses safe for children to play in?

All our dresses are made of certified fabrics that are made by Turkish textile manufacturers. We highly recommend them to be warn in parental observation. Even the most harmless looking accessories may cause suffocation or injuries.

Due to the nature of our costumes, they are very comfortable for swirling or dancing, but not for running or climbing :)

All our dresses are made in non-smoking environment and under hygienic conditions.

How long does it take to receive the dress? Where is it shipped from?

It is shipped from Turkey. The turn around time is about 10 days. The dresses are dispatched within 1-3 business days. If you confirm that you picked the correct size by measuring your child and consulting the size chart that you will find at the end of the images of the item, it can be shipped the following day. If no confirmation is given, the item is dispatched at the last shipment day.

In normal conditions the delivery time is 3 to 5 business days worldwide.

Please note that we will not be responsible for any delay, loss or damage in shipment or customs formalities after we dispatch the item.

In some countries there may apply customs taxes and duties so you are advised to check the regulations in your country before you order.

Custom and personalized orders

If no size fits your child, I can customize the outfit to the measurements. In that case it is important to take the measurements correctly as stated in the description of the item and send me the photos showing the measurements clearly on the body of your child so that I can see if they are taken the way I need in order to secure a correct result. Measuring over a thin outfit is fine.

I am open to suggestions for ideas but please do not ask me to copy somebody else's models since I don't find it ethical.

Is the dress true to size?

Please remember that most of the items are fitted ones so picking the correct size is important. Unlike the casual wear, they are mostly made of non-stretchy material, so if the dress is tight, your beloved one will not be comfortable in it. If the dress is too long (for the long models), she may trip on her skirt. Therefore please make sure that you refer to the size chart which you will find in the images of the item.

How should I measure and what measurements are needed?

You need to see which body size your child falls into first. To do that, please take the measurements below as sharp as possible and do not add extra room. Remember that you are measuring your child and not the dress you want to have. The dress will be sewn by adding allowance for comfort.

Full height:
From TOP OF HEAD to ground

Chest:
Circumference under the armpits (IT SHOULD BE ALL THE WAY AROUND, NOT FROM ONE ARMPIT TO THE OTHER ) from the largest part of the chest

Waist:
Circumference across her belly button (from the largest part of the belly)

Do you deliver to PO Box?

No.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

The items are handmade to order for special occasions, therefore returns are not accepted.
Delay in the shipment/customs can not be accepted for a reason to return.
Exchanges are only accepted if the standard size you bought does not fit. Customized/modified items can't be exchanged.
If you want an exchange, you will be asked to place a new order for the size you want and return the other one within 7 days upon your receipt.
All the shipment costs both ways including the customs charges will be borne by yourselves.
Used/damaged items can't be exchanged.
